About Alloy Analytics
Separate things, made into one stronger thing
Alloy Analytics is a principal-led data and AI consultancy for small and medium businesses.
An alloy is what you get when metals are combined into a single material that is stronger than any of them on its own. That is a fair description of the work. Your systems are separate. Your numbers are separate. Our job is to make them one thing you can rely on.
Who we work with
Small and medium businesses worldwide. Typically companies that have grown past the point where spreadsheets cope, but are nowhere near the point of hiring a data team.
That gap is a genuinely difficult place to be. The large consultancies are not interested at your size, and the tools sold to you assume someone in-house will set them up. Most businesses end up with three half-finished attempts and a spreadsheet that still runs everything.
This is the specific problem we exist to solve.
How we are set up
We work globally, with clients across the United States, New Zealand, Australia and beyond. Time zones have never been the hard part of this work.
We are deliberately small and senior. Principal led, which means the person you speak with is the person who builds it. There is no account manager, no handover to a junior team after the contract is signed, and no layer of people between you and the work.
Fifteen years of building data systems and reporting sits behind that, across financial services, healthcare, hospitality, retail, government and public sector.
What we care about
Telling you the truth about what you need.
If AI is not the right answer to your problem, we will say so. If your data is not ready for what you want to build, we will say that too, even when it costs us the project. Nobody is served by a build that quietly fails a year later.
No vendor allegiances.
We are not resellers and we earn nothing on software licences. Most businesses are already paying for tools they barely use. Usually the right recommendation is to use those properly before buying anything else.
Building things that outlive us.
Everything is documented and handed over. You own it. If you decide to take it in-house or to someone else, you can. Our clients stay because the work is good, not because leaving is difficult.
